How long we not allowed to raise arms above head??

I keep doing this in day to day things & dont know im doing it :( 5 days post op xx

I couldn't raise my arms above my head for a good week and half/two weeks but I didn't really try too as it hurt. I was never told not too though xx

Mine dont hurt at all ican lift them but ive read on here somewhere that you shouldnt raise them above your head. I dont understand how im not in any pain & can move my arms freely with no pain yet most women cant move for a good few days then like yourself have trouble lifting there arms :-/ im only on day 5 xx

You're lucky hun! If you feel ok there's nothing stopping you raising your arms above your head, but no stretching hun because this will put pressure on your new boobs.

Just listen to your own body, some like yourself will heal much quicker than others... There's no rule on healing aside from following post-op guidelines hun. Xx
