Re: argh bra stress
I was too told to change from my macom by the nurse at my 1 week apt, I'm in sports bras from asda at the minute. They are 2 for £7 - black/white. They are very comfy. I would say that if is not comfortable across the front then you need a bigger cup?? I was estimated to be a dd by the surgeon but I'm wearing a 34e at the minute which is very comfortable. Mine have changed loads in just 1 week! I was in a 36dd last week but then that got loose around the band, the 34dd wouldn't fit my boobies so I went to the 34e which is just right!
For £7 I don't mind keep buying different sizes every few weeks lol xx

so the top part of the bra that sits on your boobs, that part is hurting?
It sounds like you need to go up a cup size lovely. The one you're wearing is too small and causing you the discomfort.
You'll just need to get any high impact sportsbra babe. It's important you wear a sportsbra because your new boobs need stability early post-op to help give you new boobs time to settle and adhere to the breast pocket. xx

Re: argh bra stress
Hope you've been able to find a more comfortable sports bra hun, I used the asda ones and got on with them, although not everybody does.
Re: argh bra stress
I use the Asda ones and also Tesco have done since BA day, personally I find Tesco ones more comfortable as the Asda feels a little tight on the band and they not do the next size up for me xx

Yes I've used shock absorbers from day of op, big boulder holder ones with back fastening, not pull over ones xx
