but i am VERY worried about going back to work as no one knows. having no boobs to having big boobs they will notice :-)

I would just tell someone that you knew would tell everyone really casually, that way they'll spread it and you won't have to explain it. But that's just me.

The guy that I work with will tell his daughter, as she works at the same place but on a different department she will defo go round telling everyone!!

A couple of my friends have had theirs done already, so they've been great and the other friends I've told have also been really supportive.
Not worried about people at work asking as my bras are so padded anyway and you can't see cleavage down my uniform!
