sleeping upright
The last two nights I have gone to bed sleeping upright on my pillow tower but when I wake up I've slid down and am practically laying flat. Do you think this matters or will affect the healing process?

Hello hun...
I used to do that, actually i still do.. :smiler: when i saw my nurse i told her what i was doing she said, she was sure i would be ok because i genrally woke my self and then sat up again..., i do find when i do it tho i hurt more in the morning with morning boob tho...( i still sleep up right) i think i swell more if i have fallen down the bed....

thanks hun yes I have morning boob when I wake up flat. Unfortunately I dont wake up when I slip down I think its because im so comfy I drift onto a deeper sleep!!
