Unders without a strap?
Has anyone had unders that didnt need to wear a binder after??
My PS said i didnt need one and now im panicing that ill have more chance of them shooting up into the muscle than i would if i wore a strap?
Worried that carrying the boy around after 2 weeks could also cause this more without a strap?
Cookie what do you think lolol?

Re: Unders without a strap?
LOL.
Every BA is tailor made for you hun as well as our surgeons having their own opinion on what they prefer to advise to get the best results for us, and this is why we often see very differing opinions regarding healing and why we should always listen to our own surgeon.
As your implants are going to be held very tight behind the muscle, some surgeons prefer a binder to hold them stable for a week or two and then allow them to relax, others, like your surgeon babe prefer the boobs to start to relax naturally from day one. Your surgeon will follow the progress of your healing and when he feels it's time to pop the support bra on he'll ask you to do so. Although there are some women who never require a sports a at all throughout healing! Our recovery instructions are very specific to ourselves babe.
There's no 'right' way other than to follow your surgeons recovery instructions. They know what is going to be best for 'you' to give you the best results you can achieve. Xx

Re: Unders without a strap?
hi i had unders on tues, and i m not wearing a binder but i do have two thick padded bits of tape like dressing above each boob which is kind of holding the tops down and a macom bra, the tape comes off on tues and i m still unsure about the bra but i think the need for 24/7 sports bra is being reviewed at 2 weeks xxx

Re: Unders without a strap?
I have been advised that I will have a strap and a sports bra after my surgery, I'm having 380cc partials. However, my surgeon also said that sometimes following surgery she may change her mind?? and that any pre op recommendations are a guide only. It must depend on what happens during surgery, how well they fit, muscle amount etc ??

Re: Unders without a strap?
I guess it depends on how tight your muscle holds on to the implant. If they fear there may be a problem then they will give you a strap, if your muscle was easy to manipulate then they may feel it will heal perfectly well without it.
Re: Unders without a strap?
Its good to know that on the day if Mr Khan thinks that i need a binder he would just put one on.
Thanks misf xxx
