I'm going to take a wild guess here and say your surgeon works for Transform?
If I'm right lovely the reason will not be because your surgeon only likes to use CUIs, the reason will be because Transform buy CUIs in bulk so its cheaper for them to sell a package with CUIs because of the discount they get.
Its most likely your surgeon didnt want to lose a sale if he thought the possibility of the extra money you'd have to pay for premium implants might lose you... Either that or if he only works for Transform he may not have ever used any other implants.
The premium equal to the CUI which would be no different to work with seeing as they both have a 95% fill would be the Natrelle Responsive babe. Both implants would feel the same, the only difference being the additional layers the Responsives have to offer. Xx

Re: transform cui implants
I have form stable implants but I also have rippling so paying the extra doesn't guarantee anything. Another thing that may be worth considering is the scaring. Although my scars are neat, I think they are longer than some cui results of similar size. Along with my thin skin and the solidity of the implant I believe the cut to have been made longer for easier insertion. I don't know for sure though. I should ask my surgeon when I next see him. Most people will recommend their own implant, after all it's what they have personal experience of. As much as I love my new boobies I wouldn't say it's necessary to spend more on the premium quality ones to achieve your desired result hth xxvanityitself wrote:oo ill have a look at that and read through it :-) if i have the cui i can prob have them nov/dec so pretty soon not long to wait! but if i go for the more expensive ones i would have to wait till prob feb :-/ maybe little sooner depending on funds!! if theirs not much difference i will have the cui ones im just worried about the rippling and cc but apparently if i have the cui full gel instead of only having them filled 95% that wont happen be same risks as the others! god im so confused!!! pc said the aftercare is now the same for both implants for 10years Jesus the amount of implants there is is crazy im so confused i want the best ones but the best is different peoples opinions ?? i wanted the gummy bear ones you can cut inhalf on the video i watched on here as they was brill but are they all like that!! ??
