During my consultation my surgeon said that the Naturalle would be an extra £400 but he said in his opinion there was no difference so I went with the CUI

The cmh cui implants are the gummi bear style. They are covered for 10 years. So if you get a rupture they will replace the implant only for free (surgery costs will be payable after 3 years). The naturelle implants are covered for a lifetime so you again get free implants if they rupture but transform only covers you for surgery costs for 3 years. Surgery costs can be more than the price of your ba

Transform have renewed their after care now and extended cover of implants for rupture and grade 3 and 4 CC for 10 years.

You Patient co-ordinator was correct about CUI's having a 10 year warranty, Transform match that warranty now with their 10 year after cover and they are a standard implant, after the 10 years, should you have a rupture or CC, then all surgery costs including the costs to replace implants will be charged to you.

What your patient co-ordinator failed to tell you is that Natrelles have a lifetime warranty and are a premium implant, this means that if they rupture or you develop CC after the 10 year cover provided by Transform, the implants only will be replaced for free, all surgery costs will be to your expense.

I have CUI's myself babe. I had one rupture almost 3 years back and I did a lot of research after that in deciding whether or not to have them again when I had revision. All my research told me that Allergan stringently test ALL of their implants and that they are safe. I was perfectly happy to have them again.

Transforms 10 years warranty xx

I felt both CUI's and Natrelles, and thought there was a big difference. The CUI's felt really soft and flimsy, like pip's. The Natrelles felt very sturdy and firm-ish. I went for the Natrelles. x

oo ill have a look at that and read through it :-) if i have the cui i can prob have them nov/dec so pretty soon not long to wait! but if i go for the more expensive ones i would have to wait till prob feb :-/ maybe little sooner depending on funds!! if theirs not much difference i will have the cui ones im just worried about the rippling and cc but apparently if i have the cui full gel instead of only having them filled 95% that wont happen be same risks as the others! god im so confused!!! pc said the aftercare is now the same for both implants for 10years Jesus the amount of implants there is is crazy im so confused i want the best ones but the best is different peoples opinions ?? i wanted the gummy bear ones you can cut inhalf on the video i watched on here as they was brill but are they all like that!! ??

This is exactly right and why you should do your own research before making your decison sweetheart.

To be honest though, CUI's are a good, safe implant, but they are sold as standard. If you're wanting to have 'the best' then you'd be better opting for the premium implant (Natrelles) 'sweetheart'.

The CUI's and the Natrelles are both form stable so should you cut them in two, they hold their shape. xx

The naturelle range have a lifetime guarantee, but that's the life time of the implant, not you, which is 10 years

I asked my surgeon which one to go with and he basically said I'd be wasting my money going for the more expensive, however he said they had an extra layer on but he liked the cui as they've been tried and tested and had more research carried out on them. I'm sure the naturelle have benefits but not sure it's measurable, and for me the only measurable difference was the price lol. My cui's have been in for 2 weeks and I'm amazed how good they feel already.
It's personal preference so as long as u do your research you'll come to the right decision for you xx

Thanks for starting this post :). I've been wondering this myself and was also told there wasn't any proof as yet that the natrelle are better as they haven't been around as long as the cui. Ive been offered cmh which are 100% fill so less chance of rippling (apparently). But I didn't know transform have changed their warranty to 10 years, that's fantastic news :) x

No problem. Jut remember that the pc is on commission. I've seen loads of ppl who have haggled the price down so it's worth a try. Also if you say u want a daycase (which is a lot cheaper) and end up having to stay in due to unforeseen circumstances it's usually free, they don't tell you that though at the consultation. If you enter overnight in the search bar you'll find all the info there x

Thanks clover, had never even thought of haggling but since this post iv looked into it a bit and theres defo plently of people getting some discount which would be great, i know there is a local hospital which offers a cheaper price but i dont like their work.... not that transform need to know that could use it to my advantage! x

Always say you've been offered a better price elsewhere, if it doesnt work at least you'll know you tried :)
Just a quick question... How often do you work out because your abs are phenomenal! So jealous lol. I've just started treadmilling (trying to get rid of my pregnancy weight). It's not working very well for me though lol x

I used to prefer weights years and years ago, I guess i'd forgotten how good they were. Maybe I'll give it a go again then :) I'll still use the treadmill for card though, can't do any harm (she says whilst frowning at the treadmill lol). Thanks for that advice :) x

Rocky definitley use that to your advantage, I was originally quoted £3995 but told they could discount it to £3595 I told them I could get it done cheaper elsewhere and they price matched it. You will need to speak to your PC though to negotiate the prices Hun the surgeons have no say on prices good luck and happy haggling xx
