You should have been given a book sweet after your op? In the back of the book is the bar codes for each implant this is the warrenty? x
Re: what kind of implants do i have?! TRANSFORM
You should have been given a information booklet with your Implant ID cards which state the cc and and a code ect for warrenty.
Do you have this?

As you didn't 'ask' for the more expensive 'Naturelles' you will have CUIs hun.
Transform offer CUIs as standard and only order in Naturelles if 'requested to do so by the patient'.
If you were given some sheets detailing your after-care you might find 2 bar codes on the back of there, these bar-codes will tell you which implants you have and the serial number of those implants. xx

Yeah, Transform don't 'offer' Naturelles, they offer 'CUI's' as standard, if Naturelles are discussed by yourself you would have been told about the increase in cost needed to have them hun. xx
