Its not the being put to sleep that bothers me (or not yet anyway however im sure my time will come) ... for now its the unknown of what i will actually look like once i have boobs. I have saved and wanted this for so long, years in fact but now its come to it im struggling to sleep well, I just keep thinking 'i hope they look good' 'i hope there not out of proportion' 'i hope they dont look silly'.

Im very please i found this sight though, its a real help in hand! xx

Thanks for the posts everyone. So nervous and havent even got a date yet. Most worried about any problems after and regreting my decision to go for a ba uplift but I hate them as they are so Im going for it! x
