anybody had pre booking jitters?
so i should be booking my BA this week sometime and i'm starting to really freak out and second guess myself! I've wanted a BA since i was a teenager and i've done all my research, found a great surgeon, have the money and now it's actually becoming a reality i'm really scared!! Just worrying about the usual; what if something goes wrong, what if i die, what if they look horrible, what if i have to end out paying thousands for corrections!! I know most women get pre op jitters but has anybody felt like this before booking? I'm starting to think that i'm over researching now and getting myself worked up unnecessarily ... is it normal to feel like this? I go from being super excited and impatient to on the verge of backing out in seconds

Yep after crying in my last consultation, crying on the surgeons receptionist, and then having to leave asda because I started crying on my mum in the fruit aisle, sage to say I got pre booking jitters, everyone reassured me it will be the best thing I did, I phoned them and booked it nearly 2 weeks ago now and not had any wobbles since x

Re: anybody had pre booking jitters?
that's exactly how I felt as well, I think if you researched already so much you should stop now and try to switch off otherwise you'll go crazy lol
Just book it without overthinking it too much and then get busy with other things until the surgery date comes...I tried to focus at work and other plans and didnt mention it too much to my OH because i knew otherwise he'll get fed up with my boobs before even i had them on
relax hun, i promise it's much easier than you think, even if now im still freaking out sometimes thinking "omg they really opened my body and inserted these foreign bodies inside my chest!" but then i look at the mirror and feel great with my new shape, it's all worth it!!!

Re: anybody had pre booking jitters?
Its so normal babe. You even start looking at your boobs that you've hated for so long and start thing hmmmmm they aren't that bad now are they?! Lol
Its a huge step to make and for each of us its a very individual journey, so the timing has to be just right for you lovely... If you don't feel ready, then wait a while. Don't put pressure on yourself to book hun. Yes, getting the jitters when it becomes real is normal, but do only book when YOU feel ready babe. You'll know when t he time is right. Xx
