Hope all goes well babe
It's an awful feeling of dread isn't it when you have health problems that have the potential to interfere with your big day, but hopefully all go well hun.
These tests are done to keep us safe during surgery so knowing you're in top top health will only make for more confidence when your actual day is here babe. Xx

Hey Lisa, I'm thalassemia minor... Anemic in simple terms... I brought it up when they asked me about my medical history but it didn't seem to bother them. I hope it doesn't interfere with your big day! Good luck Hun! 7 more sleeps for you! Xx

Re: Pre Op Assesment
I have suffered on and off from the age of 14 but i dont know how bad just had to take iron tablets, Then when i was pregnant with my son no matter how many tablets i took didnt effect my iron level so had to have injections. I gave birth Feb this year my GP said my iron should go back to normal and because i felt fine i didnt bother checking up on it. i do feel well in myself still no phone call but im not ruling out getting 1 till 6pm my nurse said if anemic or got kidney or heart problems. They wont operate unless all fit and healthy. Also they checked for MRSA. Checked my oxygen, Blood pressure and heart beat but we shall see :D
Thanks for the Fingers crossed ladies <3
