Small post op Empty Small post op

Post by Mssaprl9 28th July 2012, 8:42 pm

I had 330 unders 4 days ago and they seem small to me. I was a negative A to begin with. I really really hope that when they drop, they will start to project more. I spent over 6k on this and I want to be happy. Did anyone else feel small early post op, and then start to really like them once the started to drop and fluff? I went Into this with so much excitement and I just really don't want to be disappointed in the end. Please help:)
Also, I have not taken the surgical bra off yet and they seem small in the bra without any cleavage. Sorry to be a downer, I just really want to be happy with this:)))

You're so early PO that you shouldn't worry yourself with what they look like now hun, they have so many changes to go through this isn't the final result so give them time to drop and fluff before you decide you're unhappy.

Like you I was so disappointed PO, they looked small and felt small. I considered saving for a re-op but 3 months PO I'm really happy with the size - it makes a huge difference as your breasts settle. Also remember you're in unflattering sports bra's right now which are designed to compress your boobs... You'll see a big difference in underwires!x

Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking too. I guess I'm just impatient! I did finally take my sports bra off a little while ago just to take a peek, and they look so good! Sooooo much better with out it!

The sports bras really do nothing for them I couldn't believe the difference in underwires!

Stay patient I really think you'll be happy and it will all be worth the wait when you can put them in set bras! X

ah the sports bras realy dont do any favours do they, when you are allowed to wear normal bras you'll feel so much better, and when they drop and fluff

I had 320 unders 2 weeks ago and have gone from 32a to 32dd sports bra . I have also had times I felt they are not big enough but must remember that I only wanted to end up a c/d . Somehow a dd no longer feels big! I am sure that when I can get out of the sports bra they will look great. Had sex with the husband for the first time since the op few nights ago and unzipped my sports bra for him. He said they looked massive and great! I think it's easy to feel they could be bigger but try no to get caught up in what we don't have and enjoy the boobs we do now have! I can't wait to go bikini shopping!!!! Stay in touch as we're big only July buddies but have had almost the same implants too! Nice to meet ya x

Your muscle and skin will be holding down the implant at first lovely as well as being held in a sports bra which is most unflattering, so give them time, they WILL get better. What you have now is not at all what you will have for your final result. You have so many changes to go through yet and it's not at all unusual for you to feel disappointed after surgery. Many of us do Small post op 1978086825 but as time passes and your muscle and skin begins stretching to release the implant the look will start improve and so will your smile haha! xx

You've had excellent advice already. Just give it time, it's so early for you. Those post surgical bras and sports bra don't do you any favours, but are a necessity for now and worth it to take care of your new boobs. I haven't worn any underwired bras yet, but just switching to regular soft cup bras had made a huge difference! Small post op 1978086825

Thank you girls! You have all been so helpful! This all makes perfect sense. I took off my surgical bra the other day just to take a peek and they look AMAZING!! Those sports bras do them NO justice! No swelling or bruising, I think having the drains really helped with that. However, I am still too chicken to take a shower and get them wet. Hehehe

You can use the next few weeks you're stuck in sports bras to stock up on super-showy-offy-biggy-booby bras for when you're ready to wear them. Small post op 184153

Oooh Mssapri let's talk shopping! I'm looking forward to... Non-clingy vest tops, everything bandeau (love em), possibly triangle halterncks (even of I don't end up falling in love with the style I'm sure I'll enjoy looking at how well I fill them), and of course bikinis go without saying

Oh and may sound daft, but zipped up coats... Be nice not to feel like a boy
