Depends on what your surgeon tells you but I would say around 6 weeks xx

I'd agree with sunshinelady...at 6 weeks you're supposed to be "back to normal"

I don't see my surgeon until September (stupid I know). I see my nurse in 2 weeks though maybe I should wait until then xx

Yes it's a good idea to check before you do anything, just in case. People are recommended to do what's right for them not necessarily what's right for everyone so I'd wait until you see the nurse, or if you can't wait give your ps a ring!

It's generally about 6 weeks but it may also be 12 weeks.

It depends on a lot of things. My surgeon says 2 weeks for 24hrs a day, and then after just during the day for 1 week. depends on implant type, placement, etc..

Generally 6 weeks but always take the advice of your surgeon - I was expecting 6 weeks but had to wait 3 months so it's worth finding out what your surgeon expects you to do before hand so you don't get disappointed waiting longer than expected x
