I was given the ok after 8 weeks but I find them uncomfortable so I'm sticking to the non-wired ones at the moment. xx

Re: wearing wired bras ??
I got sick of wearing sportsbra during the 8 weeks so now I just wear the regular non wire full support bras since I got given the ok. Theyre not very flattering but at least I can wear strappy tops xx

I was told three months day 6weeks night and underwire only occassionally after that as they can disrupt scar tissue/incision healing. Some girls have been advised Wonderbras at three four weeks, every surgeon seems to differ greatly. I just followed my surgeons advice, I do have underwire bras but find nonwired much more comfortable, apart from the wonderbra and triumph comfortwire bras. Depends how you feel wearing them really. It is best to be comfortable and supported I think.
So bra shopping is very time consuming. Ah!! The joys of boobs eh!! xx
