How accurate are rice boobies?
Hiya!
I was at my consultation on sat & I got on really well.
I was told the biggest i could go would be 410cc due to how narrow my ribs are. I was fine with that until I got home & tried on my rice boobies.
I felt they were not as big as I had hoped & Even my hubby said, Is that it??? could have slapped him!!!
I'm now worried I will be disappointed with the result.
Any advice would be great ladies.
Hugs xx
ps. boob greed has set in already!! haha!

Re: How accurate are rice boobies?
Hi Gillian, I have 415 and I dont think mine are small My rice boobies did nt look anywhere near the size they came out at. 410 is quite a big implant especially as you are not a big girl judging by your avi.xx

Re: How accurate are rice boobies?
Aww sorry to hear you're not happy hun :(
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I was warned at my sizing that generally they're smaller when they're in (although you can never predict exactly how they'll take).
Have you got a proper sizing booked? With you pcc or surgeon? I'm guessing that would be more accurate as they'll give you the actual implants to try in a bra rather than rice boobies.
And if all else fails you could book a consultation with another surgeon just to get a second opinion?
Good luck hun

Re: How accurate are rice boobies?
Hey i have to agree with maria. I asked about the rice test as an accurate size to my ps and he said its more for the weight rather than size. U do lose a bit of the size once the implants are actually in but i also found when i used the rice boobies they squished my actual boobs down so they werent as full as they should be. Sorry its not very helpful hun, but i found it was more helpful for the weight than the look/size.
Will be easier to use implants in a bra rather than the rice test, and u should probably have a different consultation if you want to see if you can go bigger
Hope that helps hun. Xx

Re: How accurate are rice boobies?
Did you try the 410s on? What did you think? I didn't do the rice test I never got round to buying rice lol so I don't know how it looks, but although 410 isn't a big implant It isn't a small one either, it was the biggest I could go because I was told no bigger would fit in and I honestly believe him my breast are stretched to capacity but I'm happy with it to be honest I would have been happy with 365 its more than I had before (I was about to put its more than I've got now lmao) What size were you wanting to be? Re: How accurate are rice boobies?
Just to make sure, how are you measuring your rice boobies? They shouldn't be measured by weight, they should be measured in ml. So 410cc is 410ml in a measring jug. Sorry if you already know this, but some ladies have gotten confused about this in the past
Mine were a pretty good indicator of what I ended up with xxx

Re: How accurate are rice boobies?
thanks roxanne, yeah i measured them in a jug rather than weight.
Twinkle I'm a 32B/ 30C at the min I think I would like to be a DD.
I really liked the surgeon I guess they will prob give me the size I want.
Guess boob greed has just set in already.

I never knew that! I've been walking around with my boobs measured in grams! Thanks for the info, seems you get more rice for your money when doing it in the measuring jug...I was walking round happy with the 310 when actually it was 365 that I was trying out... Well that sorts that conundrum out x
