Read this, does it sound like partials? I'm confused
The quote below is from your link:
The upper muscle does support the implant, but there is no muscular support on the bottom, therefore exposing the implant.
Yup, absolutely partials for sure babe xx
Re: Useful website re overs v unders
Found your post of the surgeons quotes so so helpful cookie, really opened my eyes, as I was so worried as I was offered both unders and overs than only being a 32b or 30c was not enough breast tissue to cover the implant and so I really did not want to have the chance of the implants being visible or having rippling as im slim, even though my best friend had overs and hers look so so natural and she infact went from the same pre op size as I currently am, infact her looks natural more so than my other friend who had unders, I think its just the hardship of realising what amount of breast tissue you have is actually adequate enough for overs rather than unders xx

I was a little surprised given your size and height (You must have a super skinny lovely figure. I'm so jealous!) that you were offered implants over the muscle to be honest because being so slim there's 'generally' not a lot of breast tissue there is there .
It's a lot to think about isn't it Lauren to make sure you're getting the best advice out there to help achieve the best look for yourself, but research is a good thing babe and the more you read, the easier it will be to make that decision and don't worry if that decision is unders (partials) if it's the right placement/size for you, you'll get a nice natural result hun with minimum risk of complication.
I'm glad the quotes helped . xx
