Hi i just joined this! My BA is next week and cannot decide on which profile??!
Im a currently a 32A/B and looking to be a small C. My surgeon has suggested 265cc round high profile natural allergan implants, im just worried that these will look too round and stuck on as i am quite slim and want to get a natural look(but still full) so i am am cosidering maybe the 265cc moderate shrug If anyone has any similar stats could i maybe see some pictures??or any info i would really aprreciate it yes

Hello and welcome to BJSF Louise Mod or high profile?? 399357

The lower the profile lovely, the wider the implant and the less forward projection you get, so on someone slim as you say, the high profile would be the best option for you to achieve a more natural look.

When inside your body, the implant doesn't remain in a 'round shape' it falls to an anatomical shape, being narrower at the top of the breast but still creating fullness and wider and fuller at the bottom.

This diagram here will give you a better idea of how round implants fall once inside the breast after they've settled -

I have to agree on someone slim a wide implant could look flatter and give you more (un natural) side boob that you wouldn't get with the high profile. You are having small/modest implant and on a small frame they should suit your build. Did you try on the implants when you seen your surgeon? They may look much bigger on the outside than they do once inside you.

You can see from the diagram below Louise that as the profile gets lower, the implant gets wider and flatter
