Morning boobs and pain
How long before morning boob goes away? I though it would have gone away by now but still waking up stiff in the mornings. I also still have pain in one of my boobs 7 weeks on which is making me cranky today. How long before unders are completely pain free?

Mine is a lot better but still a little stiff and achey in the morning. I'm sleeping on my side too Ellie, maybe that's why? Just can't sleep flat on my back.

I think I felt less aware of any aches around 4 weeks but still got occassional strange feelings untill about 3months I think? Hard to think back but I think that's about right. I had full unders, Muscles, tissue and nerves need to knit back and settle. Not sure if that helps? Have you had post-op check?

You've had pretty large implants like me. I think it's they're now used to being pulled down by gravity, then when you lie on your side gravity is pulling them a different way which they're not used to. I sometimes put my v pillow under my head and down my body and hug it to stop them shuftying around as much. Seems to help a bit.
