Question about a sports bra Empty Question about a sports bra

Post by *Alice* 12th May 2012, 4:25 pm

I have one of these from being pre-op which still fits as its really stretchy. Will it be ok for sleeping in? It's so comfortable but limited support wise! On the website it says "medium impact to C cup" and I'm currently squashed into D Shock Absorbers so it would be no good in the day/at the gym when I'll need high impact.

Opinions?:)

Not sure hun, were you told to wear a high impact sports bra 24/7 for 6 weeks? I remember how uncomfortable they can be for sleeping, but they do a good job. I didnt swap to a more comfortable sleeping bra until about 3 months post op, just in case. I would check with your nurse/surgeon before you change.

Erm I was just told to wear a sports bra for 6 weeks, I'll wait and see what they say then. I guess I can always wear it when I don't need to sleep in them, just for extra support!

They are uncomfortable! But then I don't think I'd feel comfortable sleeping if I had boobs falling under my armpit Hysterical

I've ordered a different sized Shock Absorber which should hopefully solve my comfort problems! I'm keeping an eye out for a certain one though (b999) I had it when I was a 32b for the gym and it was so comfortable! No silly strappy things on the back like all of mine do!x
