massaging boobies.

Hey girls

Just wondering do you HAVE to massage them after surgery??. iv been giving them a rub (not in a pervy way) but i dont like doing it..

iv never been a fan of touching them anyway before the op and not even now. i know weird or what.

but do you really have to?

Wait to see what your surgeon says hun, I was advised by mine to massage at my 6 week follow up appointment. However different surgeons have differ when it come to the whole massaging thing.

I always thought because they're textured implants they didn't need massaging? X

HAHA well there we go girls i am not massaging them then lol. if they turn out bad or differently in anyway what a perfect excuse to get some new ones heehee, but bigger :O

Very very common........But not me...........mine came out huge from teeny tiny implants........

I'm wishing I had 410s now sometimes they can look epic but sometimes they look like when I wore a gel bra! Someone really pee'd me off she was like "They're a D cup?! Wow they look like a B!!!" raghgghghhhghh Who says that to someone who paid £4000 for bigger boobs!!!x

have you been back at work? it was my first day back today too, was ok. would of much rather been at home stuffing my face tho ahah.. im going to finish off all my unhealthy chocolates tonight watching a film and then strict diet as of tomorrow lol. xx

I wouldn't massage unless your PS advises you to. It's generally not the norm to massage textured implants while capsule is forming.

Boob greed is common, but I haven't had booby greed at all :)

Yep same person who let it spread to my work too! Weird because she's always been sooo lovely and I've always regarded her so highly, I dunno if it was purposeful or just being plain thick!

I have that Sunday night feeling every day... Like counting down to my doom because I don't wanna go back haha. Can't wait to get back to the gym and sort the rest of me out

They all know about my boobs so I'm going to have two big elephants in the room

my nurse said i should gently massage them when i went back 10s PO check.
but i told her i dont like it.

I have massive boob greed, if I could do this over again I would so go a few cc's bigger, maybe 410s as well. I don't think I could go much bigger as they would look way to fake.

Altw when I had my BA done my mum said I don't know what you paid all that's money for they look no different lol, thank you primark for your padded air bras.

i was a D / DD before but very saggy from pregnancy and running and had a lift with implants xx they told me I would lose about a cup size with the lift and gain one with the implant so they said that I should stay a D/DD worse case maybe an E at a push...............

I dunno what happened, and non of the surgeons i have seen can explain it even my reconstruction surgeon said if I had just told him the size he wouldn't have believed me, but he siad, he had seen all the info from my original surgery and that he had checked the paperwork and sizes and they definitely only put those sizes in........so,

If, I'd of known how big they would have looked I'd of probably had even smaller implants as I didn't really want to go much bigger just wanted to look pert.......

Straight after surgery I was probably an E and then after about 6 to 8 months they gradually dropped and fluffed to a G xx So yeah, lots of changes for you girls yet xx :thumbs:

There's actually no need whatsoever to be massaging textured implants which is what is mostly used here in the UK.

Your textured implants require stabilty to enable them to adhere to the pocket so moving them around isn't going to help that.

The only reason you'd be asked to massage your boobs would be if your surgeon thought you had early signs of capsular contracture or if like me you have a stubborn boobie that just doesn't want to drop so massaging help to crack the forming scar tissue to enable the implant to drop.

So only ever massage under your surgeons instructions. xx

Makes such a difference doesn't it! If I'd walked around in a none gel bra I'd have had people wondering if I was a man in drag..

I think had I known I would have had 280 in my left (expected 310) then I would have pushed for bigger... I did see a post though where boobs don't look great in sports bras so I'm hoping for a different look when I'm in undersides in a few weeks. And maybe a visit from Cookies magic fluffing fairy

Underwires not undersides!!!

You will find that 'underwires' will make all the difference.....not 'undersides' though.......no.......I don't think they would look very good at all

The size is ok but they do look huge on me xx I wouldn't choose to be this big if that makes sense xx I would have been happy with a D / DD xx I'm only F504 (just), and fairly small........although getting bigger as not been down the gym recently
