Haha! I found myself sleeping on my belly today!! I panicked, got out of bed and had to make sure they were still there! It wasnt painful though... Keeping in mind the only pain i still have is on the incision area and on the outside of the girls... Sleeping on my belly might be possible by the end of this month IF ps gives me the go ahead.

I found the first 3 weeks, that i woke early about 5am with pains in my incisions and back. The pain seems to have eased though now but still sleeping pretty bad, but saying that i have never been a good sleeper!
Try putting a very small pillow or a rolled up towel when you are laid down under the small of your back, i found that really helped whilst i slept and my back wasnt as painful in the morning xx

I'm doing very well nowadays, thanks Alex-C :o) I remember that when I took off the binder, my back pain disappeared. The binder ruined my posture and can't wait to stretch my back properly. If I try to do it now, I feel a "pulling" sensation in my stitches so better wait a bit. My left boob still feels a bit numb around the incision area but that's to be expected until the 3rd month.
