When did you start massage?
Hi girls, I'm 2 weeks post op and was wondering if massage might help my wonky boob. When did you start massaging them?
Thanks a mill.

Re: When did you start massage?
I started after my first check 6/7 weeks, however, I was told that anotomicals need more time to settle to find there place. Some of the girls with rounds might be more help Sam. x

Re: When did you start massage?
I'm thinking you should hold back on massage hun as you need your implant to settle into the pocket, and massage might move it out/dislodge it more. Did your ps tell you to? x

She told me to press down on it the last time, when it went a funny shape. I might email her and ask what I should do this time, apart from cellotaping the lump in

Re: When did you start massage?
I asked about massaging the implant at my 1 week post-op appointment and was told not to. I was told to gently massage my scars from week 2 onwards xx

Re: When did you start massage?
I was told the same as SMB. Not to massage and to pinch and massage the scars only if I was worried about them.
If you've been told to massage I'd find out exactly what they mean, as 'massage' can mean one ting to us girls, but another to the surgeons.
