does arnica really work my op is in 15 days should i start taking it now?xx

I cant help on this one - I bought 3 packets from Boots on 3 for 2 and never ended up using them!

Didn't use arnica, I'm not sold on homepathy and to me that's all they are, sugar balls, sorry. I've had very little bruising,especially considering I had a lift, was expecting worse. You can't beat rest and a balanced diet. You've aready bought them, doesn't hurt trying

hi ladies ive been taking them for the last week...only because they advised me...but as you said alexis they are like little sugar balls!!!! wither they will do any good or not will remain to be seen, i'll let you know in a few days time.....ohhh get butterflies when i wrote that....3 days and counting!!!! xxx

I took the Boots ones...started the day before and for 5 days after...i had a litle yellowing in between at the bottom, but that was all x entirely up to you...no harm in taking them if you have them xx

I took them and had barely noticeable bruising despite usually bruising very easily. Still, I'm no 100% convinced that they actually made a difference. Some surgeons recommend them, others don't. If it makes you feel better take them, but don't worry too much if you forget. You only need to take them a week before your op and a week after - just make sure that you don't take any on the day of your operation.
