240cc overs or unders tubular tuberous ......Help

Went to my first consultation yesterday, because I have mild contrictedd/tubular breasts I can only have 240's unless i have them stretched and pumped up over period of time to make way for bigger implant, however that would be much more expensive and im sure 240's arent a bad size are they???? but I have the choice of overs and unders, I do a lot of manual work lifting heavy items etc..... I really dont know what are the best to have and what difference it would really make to be honest. Is it true if you have unders you will lose some size of the implant? I'm also having to have nipple surgery to make them look like normal lol ...... Has anyone had problems with double bubble due to there tubular breasts?????? Xx

I'm sorry, I can't help you with tubular breasts, mine are wide have have to be narrowed a little when I have my lift instead.

I'm getting either 240 or 210 cc in ten days, so I'll keep you posted. My ps won't go any bigger for me because I want overs but am lean, so don't have much to cover the implants, I currently have almost zero upper pole. What you see in my avi that may look like cleavage are my pec muscles. If I go bigger I'll be at much greater risk of seeing the implant outline and ripples.

I chose to have overs despite this, because I really am not comfortable with the idea of having unders. I don't want to see or feel the implants moving when I flex, nor do I want to alter my exersices in any way. I am quite muscular, I have very strong pec muscles, so for me it's just a chance I'm not willing to take.

I've heard you lose a little with unders, though I'm not sure for how long and how much since your muscles do eventually give way somewhat when they drop and fluff.

You saw SH yesterday? Hope it went well. You're in excellent hands, though if you're still unsure, it never hurts getting another consult or two with other ps's. xxx

Ihave seen girls with great results from both but with overs they do say oi fills the breast cavity out better which may be of some benifit with tubular breasts. I would make sure you have a few consults as sometimes just implants isnt enough to correct tubular breast. he may do something when he corects your nipples.

Hello, what size do you hope to end up? SH said I would end up a c possibly a d cup, which I suppose is a good enough size. I too dont want anything interfeering with my muscles, I'm not as muscular as you and I don't work out however Im in the furniture game and also do things like tree work etc... Like a labourer basically soi think I'm with you on this one, overs seem to be a better idea for me too. I'm more than happy with SH he was brilliant i thought i would be really scared and in situtaions like that i normally go blank and dont take in the info much but i felt sooo at ease with him, uncomfortable being topless but im like that with my partner so no different i spose.I researched my birth defect lol and Im glad he has his limits rather than sticking a huge implant in and ignoring my concerns and the issues i have if that makes sense, yes please do let me know how you get on that would be good. Hi love to run, I think overs would benefit me to be honest. He also said he would correct my nipples with a operation that involves stitches under the nips so it pulls it to a better position, my boobs look ok when nips are cold small but normal, so he said that this correction will give a better look, can't remember what he said it was called. Im definitely going to go with Hamilton because he knows about my probs and does reconstructions etc..... He knows what he's talking about and I feel he will give me the best possible outcome, they may never look normal but just to look better would be great. Xx

Yeah, it's good that he'll address your problem instead of giving you big implants and hoping for the best.

As well as getting same/similar size to you, I'm having an uplift, so you can have a look at my scars around my nipples too. I know we're not getting the same thing done, but we'll both have scarring in the area.

The size you end up depends on your initial size. I'm sure SM is better informed than I am on the matter
