Hi ladies, well im being really brave and Iv put all my photos up to today on picturetrail.

Im so embarrassed by my pre-op boobs but Im biting the bullet and letting people see in the hope that it will be helpful.

I had my dressings changed on Friday and I have a little bit of haematoma bruising on my left nipple but the nurse said its totally fine and will fade away.
Should be getting all dressings off on Thursday.

I had an areola incision, 375cc extra high profile round natelle implant and corrective surgery to cut the band making my breasts tuberous. Im currently in a 34DD sports bra but 32E in normal bras dance (sneaky try on in lasenza at the weekend)

Id love to know what you think, Im really pleased with Mr D'arcangelos work and would 100% recommend him!

Hi Claire, do you mind if i have a look please? I'm having natrelle extra full projection ( anatomical) between 330-370. Although mine aren't tubular he said they're very narrow...nice not lol

Hey Hun could I take a look please I had slight tuberous breast before my op but my surgeon said it was only slight so I had a normal ba but still now my breast seem to still have the cone/pointy look! X

Iv been really lucky I think because I cant feel my nipples at all so I cant feel the incisions lol
I felt a few sharp pains when the nurse took off the old dressings and they felt weird when she was checking the blood flow to them sick

Im really really pleased with the boobies Mr D'Arcangelo has given me, I hated my tuberous boobs... there are no words what this means to me (a bit cheesy I know) x

I dont know too much about tuberous breasts, but I have seen there are quite a few videos on U tube of Mr Adrian Richards doing breast corrective surgery on tuberous breasts, although if you are squemish dont watch. To my understanding...
If you have slight tuberous breasts by way that the nipple sits quiet close to the bottom of breast, it can be corrected by lowering the breast crease, otherwise should it be major tuberous its corrected via an uplift. Tuberous/tubular post op pics 4239681551

This video is really good. It explains it simply. I have told I will need this done when I have the BA, as have slightly tuberous. I hadn't even realised! Was in a right panic, but after lots of research and seeing this feeling lots better. Hard to find many people on here with the similar anatomy like this. Hope this helps a bit

I have mild tuberous breats too but was just recommended anatomicals for this. Anyone else? There any post op pics for tuberous breasts that i could see? X x x x

It depends on the surgeon and what they think after taking measurements and examining your breasts I think. He said as I don't have any fullness in the upper part of the breast these wouldn't work for me. Trust what he says :) It's so hard hearing all sorts of advice, stories etc. What i've learnt so far is listen to the PS, they are the experts! It's human nature to have lots of feelings!I haven't been able to find any pics really, or the ones I have found have made me worry a bit!

Hi Claire,

I recently had implants to increase lower pole volume for my slightly tuberous breasts, although I didn't have the areola correction. Would you mind if I had a look at your photos? Would like to compare what could've been changed for my boobs and whether to go for the areola incision next time!
