iv booked into to see my nurse and the surgery group- i have had twinges and something doesnt feel rite-nipples have became sensetive as well and tingleing. so i rang up and im going to go have a chat on friday...............fingers crossed its nothing- later when i was getting changed and i checked y boobs and i felt what feels like a sist or a big lump on the edge of my scar under my skin :( feel rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi rosygirl, try not to worry too much dear. The good thing is that you noticed it immediately and you took action. Youre still very young Im sure its nothing serious. It must be related to the surgery. There was another girl on here (sue scrivs) that had this but they told her its harmless. Ill see if i can find you the post xxx Hug

thanks i saw that post earlyer when i was looking for related posts:( jjust dont wna have a re op my nipples have became sensitive again :( feel like im going backwards!was going to book a holiday this week but wil have to wait now until i get checked out :( xx

hi hun, i too have a pea sized lump on the side kinda at the edge of the implant, not near my scar.its near where i had a drain so hoping that too is nothing.im seeing my gp on thurs and will c wot she thinks if i need to go bak to surgeon. I hope we r both worrying for no reason hun.i go on hols in 7 wks time so hope its nothing. big hugs huni xxx

crazy isnt it that u start to relax and get used to them u forget that there implants. i think i had similar before i had implants and it disappeared before got to the docs so hoping its nothing. i hope urs is nothing too.hopefully u will b booking ur holiday asap hun xxx

Rosygirl do try not to worry. I KNOW it's hard but it won't help (bitter voice of experience here im not a happy bunny :( 869500). Have you been regularly massaging your scars? It might be a lump of scar tissue if not. Tingling nipple may just be nerves regenerating - if it's been even slightly numb for a while you may have got used to it like that and now it's waking up? They say it takes up to a year so you're in the right time bracket.

Anyway the quicker you get to your appointment to get your mind put at rest the better hun! im not a happy bunny :( 571992

I have a small lump at the outer end of my left incision scar. I mentioned it to the nurse on Tuesday last week and she dismissed it saying it is healing and to massage it (which I have been doing since week 3). I figured I will keep an eye on it and if it gets worse or sore I will call them, otherwise I will wait til I see my surgeon in 6 weeks.
