not happy bunny
please girls i need help,
i had finally got used to them changing my op date and rearranged everything, and as with only 4 days to go i thought i had better give them a ring to see where my admission letter was, and low and behold they want to change the time, after all the arranging i have had to do. my pcc knew how difficult it was for me to change all my arrangements and has not had the decency to call and tell me about the time change, another woman has said its been e-mailed to me, well it has not..
what am i to do? i cant go anywhere else i paid all my money a month ago and i was relying on it being as smooth as possible from their end at least, they are supposed to take the anxiety away not create it.. i have had enough feel like crying...
if they are like this now, whats the surgeon going to be like with my op, dont bear thinking about, i feel sick and panicky now...thats not good is it.
xx

Re: not happy bunny
They won't tell you?! If they're aware the Email was sent then they should be aware of the content and should be able to disclose the info to you. xx
Re: not happy bunny
Aw, that is so pants! Sounds like poor admin to me. It may well just be the case that someone is having a bad day in the office, human error type thingy. That however doesn't help you very much does it. Try not to let it worry you. Are you going to give them a call back to get to the bottom of things t'morrow? You have paid so much money for this and you should be getting a better line of communication. Hope you are ok and not too upset Let us know what the outcome is xoxoxooox

Re: not happy bunny
ooh good luck izzie
that is terrible customer service, especially in this game where people need to be reassured. I am so shocked. Who is this with babe?

OMG as if we already don't have enough to worry about with the nerves and everything else, it's not hard is it to simply look at the sent email and give you the info over the phone, seriously
I feel for you lovely, hope you get it sorted tomorrow and yes you give them a piece of your mind
