Overs or unders
I am having a re-op soon, have partial unders at the moment but don't know whether to have the same again or have overs. My boobs are on the bordeline for an uplift, so want them to give me plenty of volume at the top part. I am very slim but have quite a lot of breast tissue as I had quite large boobs before op dont want to be able to see the implant edge but heard better to have overs if boobs slightly saggy. Help!

Re: Overs or unders
Hi i'm having my first BA and having overs, but i'm worrying about rippling as i don have that much breast tissue, would you recommend partial unders? And how long ago did you have your first op?
Sorry i can't help with your query, but there are plenty of ladies on here that will help you, and welcome Ann xx

Dizzy I had 525cc overs and was a 36a to start. No rippling so far
Have you stated your concerns to your surgeon? x

Re: Overs or unders
Yeah i did mention it to him and his only concer was that with me being thin you might see it, but id do have quite a lot of breast tissue so i dont know. I am going back to see him again for second consultation so see what he says again. I have slight rippling on one side and thats with partials so thought it might be even worse on me if they were overs but dont know.
dizzy i have my first op in 2006, my surgeon then said he would advise it with me being thin. I have breast tissue but thin on my upper ribcage area. They were no problem and look really natural, no one thinks they are fake, you cant see the implant or anything as it hides the top part.

Re: Overs or unders
hello ladies, i too am happy for you girls to see my pics too to get a comparison with peggysues.... i have seen PS's boobies in the flesh and they are great  but i agree, get a few opinions from different surgeons. I had very little breast tissue but lots of saggy skin from where i breast fed.... i had unders and an uplift.

Re: Overs or unders
I have a lot of saggy skin too where I have breastfed my two babies, I will need an uplift and implants and I have one that is much bigger than the other, do they work miracles!!! xx
