Anyone gone from unders to overs?
Just wondering? Or does anyone know the difference between them? I think unders give you less chance of cleavage but dont know what other differences, my surgeon said I had to have unders first time round due to having little breast tissue. Wondering if I would still have to have them second time round x

Re: Anyone gone from unders to overs?
I'm afraid I can't help, I'm pre op and getting overs.
You look like you have great cleavage in your avi, I'd love great cleavage with a push-up bra, but wouldn't want this when braless, don't know if that makes sense? I personally wouldn't change placement unless I had problems with muscle distortion since unders offer better implant coverage, interfere less with mammograms, and there's less chances of CC. My opinion is if it ain't broke don't fix it.
When are you having your reop? I know you're having to do this because of pips, but are you going bigger or just replacing them with the same size? xxx

I am no help sorry but I am having my reop in may and I may be going from partials to overs because it will fill out my old breast tissue better.

Love2run, does that mean you won't need a lift if you go over instead? I'm curious, you're quite athletic too, I don't know if you lift weights, do your unders move a lot when you flex? xxx

Re: Anyone gone from unders to overs?
Roxanne - that's exactly what I have. With a push up bra I get the cleavage in my avatar, but without a bra or just with a normal one I don't get that cleavage. I thought that was only the case with unders, I assumed overs were more moveable and easier to get into a cleavage without resorting to push up/padded bras. I'd like them to be closer together without a bra but don't know if that's possible? I didn't know those things about unders either so that's good to know. Have to see what surgeon suggests - and I haven't got a date yet x
