No... I think it's really important that you finish a whole course of them for them to have effect. How many do you have left?

You do need to finish the course or go back and get different ones. Antibiotics are to prevent infection. Bacteria is everywhere and even though operating theatres are extremely clean there is no way for them to be completely bacteria free. During surgery bacteria can get into the wound, they give you some antibiotics in with the ga but you also need to take them for a few days after to prevent infection. Infection in the breast could mean having to have your implants out while the infection clears.
