Re: February Buddies
Happy one month anniversary February buddies!!!
How does it feel after a month? Do you still have muscle pain and do you still get random twinges and shooting pains after a month? I can't wait!!!

i still get some random shooting pains on odd occasions but they only last a few seconds on & off, also at nite if i dont wear a bra to bed and lay on my left side i wake up with a dull ache under my right boob, but if i wear a bra i get nothing! very strange!
I went swimming on monday which was funny good job hubby came with me cause i think i wld hav drowned!

@ suzi about the drowning part!! It's painful when you laugh and sometimes even breathing is not that easy.

Re: February Buddies
xaxa yes in the first few weeks i sometimes felt i cldnt catch my breath, wen i breathed in it felt strange just between the bottom of the boobs, i did speak to my ps about that last week & he said it was normal, but now im nearly at 6 weeks & thats all gone
My boobs are still hard tho cant wait for them to soften i also think they are still a little swollen, i keep looking at them in the mirror and feel they are just not right! but i still got along way to go so i hope i will start to love them soon!!

Re: February Buddies
I still wear my sports bra day and nite I let em get some freedom for an hour every few days while my bras are in the wash. I get a few twinges but my ps said that's a good sign everythings healing. I am Getting measured at some point as I'm 6 weeks. Not going to wear a fancy bra till a special occasion so will still wear my sports bra most of the time as they are soo comfy. Xxx

Re: February Buddies
Thanks for this one suzi, very reassuring. It's very easy to get worried about the tiniest thing in the first few days isn't it?! You're still one month post op, give it at least 3 months until your boobies soften a bit. You'll get there don't worrysuzi73 wrote:xaxa yes in the first few weeks i sometimes felt i cldnt catch my breath, wen i breathed in it felt strange just between the bottom of the boobs, i did speak to my ps about that last week & he said it was normal, but now im nearly at 6 weeks & thats all gone
