Hiya sweetpea!
I had this aswell! I had two under my right one and the pain was horrendous, including around my ribs, I was told to massage them but didn't like the touch of them so I didn't do it very often but they went on their own at at the latest 4 weeks post op. They used to really hurt when I was lying down or stretching! Ouch! They will go soon honey :) x

Aw love well if you just got them I would give it about 2 weeks, they will go, they're just sore and a pain to have. I didn't like pressing them cos I was scared that if I pushed them they would stretch and snap lol. They've gone now but wow they hurt! Persevere sweetie!

Re: mondor cord ! help !!
Hi hun, I got one around 12days out, it went away on its own after about a month and a bit. I used hot compressions, and I soaked in a hot bath at night. Also, try lifting your arms above your head, so that it stretches, its a blocked vein and moving and rubbing it, will help clear up the blockage. Believe me it worked. It might be painfull at first, but gets better.

Re: mondor cord ! help !!
i really hope they stay less than a month.. i hate them
but its not dangerous having a vein blocked ? it sounds scary
i will try to massage.. i tried now.. but ouuuch ... it hurts...
im 3 weeks post op.. is it ok to have hot bathes now ? like a bubble bath or not ?
i also read online that hot compressions helps.. but they say it shouldnt touch the breast.. but mine starts from under the breast.. is it ok to put the hot compression touching my booby !
