Re: Got mondors cord !!
Nothing to worry about. It will go on its own. Painkillers and hot compress to ease any discomfort. If it becomes very painful let your surgeon know and they may be able to help or give you stronger painkillers for it. Massage also helps.

Re: Got mondors cord !!
I had one hun its just a angry vain but I found mine very painful if I moved my arms Im not good with vain pain I hate it as much as cramp! lol
I spent 2-3 days resting my arms as much as possble and used ice.
Ice really is the way to go as it calms the vain down and takes the swelling down very quickly

So is it trauma of the muscles like your muscles constrict together so tightly it forms that way?

Re: Got mondors cord !!
I didn't have mondors chord, but I did have painful ribs and my bras hurt around my ribs even though they couldn't be any looser. It was just due to swelling. I even had sore side boob and achy armpits. Just make sure you rest and don't over do things. It should ease off over the next few weeks
