Best Remedy for swelling?
Hey Ladies,
I am 4 days po, feeling really well. bit more discomfort today but I've slept alot and not been quite so hot on taking tablets at the right time.
Stright after surgery there was no swelling between my new lady lumps then after a day they became swollen imbetween.
i know this is normal but just wondered if there is anything i can do to help this go down? and how long to expect it for?
it's the one thing I hate - my friend who had unders about 8 years ago has got and had a raised bit between her boobs since surgery and just doesn't look right, i am pretty sure i won't have this as bless her she had no extra skin or breast tissue at all which i think is what caused hers. think i am just being impatient!!
xx

2 Bags of Frozen peas!! 20 mins on, 20 mins off - it may not help too much with swelling because you're already 4 days PO, but it will definitely help with the discomfort! Better than ice packs they're amazing!!

anyything really cold, ice packs, frozen peas will all help with swelling. It could be days or 6 weeks before the swelling completely goes down.

i'd been using peas but they seems to defrost quite quick and smell has been putting me off a bit! keep thinking someone's doing guffs!!
