Hi girls has anyone taken rescue remedy the morning of your op? It's herbal, I've taken it before and it takes the edge of your nerves before anything that makes you anxious i.e drivin test or boob job lol? I will ask my pcc before taking it. Any opinions welcome Thanks

I'd check with your ps but I don't see it would be a problem honey. Sure someone else will be along soon who knows for sure tho x

My pre-op surgery instructions said no herbal or homeopathic medicines 2 weeks prior to surgery - something to do with thinning the blood.

Best to check with your surgeon beforehand just in case x

I use rescue remedy for my dogs LOL.

As with any medication and even herbal would be classed as a medication hunni, you should always check first with your surgeon that it's OK to use - I'd just give the clinic a quick call hunni and check with them. xxx

Hiya Amy. I also used some herbal remedies before my BA but was told to stop taking them the day before surgery. x

Ok girls thanks for all ur replies I was told arnica is ok but was not told to stop takin it the day before?? Il ring n check only 3weeks on Sunday eeek think I've got everything I need
