There is a thread on the go at the moment that has got my brain ticking.

I would like a natural bordederline fake look which I suppose would make them "to good to be true"

Will or can a surgeon do this?

How would it work?

I know im cutting it short but a few girls on here have doubted there choice of "the natural look" and are thinking of reops already. I really want to be happy with my new boobiesTo good to be true look ?? 113752

I think it all boils down to what look you really want to achieve, sometimes people feel down about their boobs when they see other girls boobies. Do you want to go for the stuck on look or for them to look natural but more pert i suppose.

I was wondering this myself, I think telling surgeon you want the fake look meens they're more full at the top, so he's going to give you round high profile implants, so not nessicerily the stuck on look, as long as you go for the right cc the fit your frame. This is only my opinion from what a few surgeons have told me, so may not be right, but I did only ask one surgeon for the natural look and he was the only one to offer low profile implants(so obviously theyre not as full on top) I think that's right, but would love to be corrected if Im wrong cos have been wondering that myself xx sorry if that's not much help peggysue! xx

Im quite happy with mine, as people can think, are they aren't they, although I wouldn't mind a bit bigger, I wouldn't want people to look at them and know they are not real. I think there is a fine line. But 460 is not a small implant, so you will get the full and pert. I know Mr C doesn't really like the fake look, but if you tell him thats what you want then he may be more willing to go bigger, although he will warn you they could look stuck on.

As long as I get a full look im happy,im going to see my pcc on Sat so I will go through this with her.But I cant c Mr C until D day but im sure he will make sure im happy.

He will go through sizes again before the op hun don't worry. When he was drawing on my boobs he was asking about sizes and if I wanted to see other size implants

That thread has also got me thinking and meant I spoke to my boyfriend again to ask his opinion.

We both agree that we like my current breasts so just want a bigger version of them so I guess I am going for the natural look which means I keep the natural slope at the top.

Can't believe you are only 15 days to go PeggySue, so jealous!

Thats good to hear misf, I would just like to make clear what I want as I dont feel I did it properly when I saw him.

15days I know I feel sick, it doesnt seem real whatsover! I need this so bad. Im feel emotional just writing that! I hope I dont turn into a emotional wreck in these 2 weeks im bad enough at the best of times. Its going to be gym crazy over the next 2 weeks xxx

Aww honey you are going to be fine. It's hard isn't it, the closer it gets the longer each day seems to get.

I am with you on the gym mission - I have 9lbs to lose in 6 weeks plus whatever damage I do over christmas.

Just think how amazing you are going to look in your bikinis next year!

I dont know really the time is flying by. I am so excited about the actual day I think im really going to enjoy every minute. I can remember seeing my ticker say 3 months 3 weeks and 3 days aand that seems like yesterday. Im just glad I have xmas to get ready for it keeps me busy. Then it will be your turn xxxxxxx

Hmmm, that final decision is sooo hard to make isnt it!?

I think too like misf1 with the size you have in mind already you are going to get a fabulous pair.

I opted for anatomicals cos I wanted to look like I did pre-kids but if Im honest when I was getting ready to go out Friday depending on what I tried on decided wether I looked tweeked or natural. In normal clothes I look sort of natural but in something a bit more glamorous I think they look VERY tweeked cos they are pushed up some.

Not sure if this would help your decision hon but thinking if you went with a natural-ish shape implant and then when you wanted to you could wear push up bra for that rounded top look ... but in normal day to day life you would look super-natural and just naturally blessed with great t*ts To good to be true look ?? 899188

this is such a great topic because i find it hard to describe what i want but the way you have described it peggysue hits the nail on the head! i would love natural borderline fake but in saying that Kat4 i wish i could carry you into my surgeon because yours look like how i want mine!!!!To good to be true look ?? 557141

like you said Kat4 i would like them natural looking and volumptious but be able to have the "tweeked" look when i want! perfect!
