is it true that
the size i am now nearly 6 weeks post op could change and in what way bigger smaller? xx

Yes, they could change WOOWOO. As your boobs continue softening, they gain fullness, so it's very possible your boobs could increase in size yet. So if you're soon to get the all clear for wired bras, it's adviseable just to get the essentials and not go mad sweetheart. Xx

The wont get 'bigger or smaller'. The volume that you've added to the breast is the volume that they have been enlarged by. However, its the positioning of this volume within the breast that can cause the bra size to increase. When your boobs are new they are a D shape, and a lot of the volume is still in the upper breast. This can mean they don't sit well in a bra as they don't mould to it early on. As your breast drop and fluff, the become more of a b shape with that sloping. The volume has dropped to the bottom of the breast in a teardrop shape, making them much more full, and as they're softer they mould in a bra better. This is why you can go up a cup after D&F. Its not every girl, but its most.
