Swimming with unders-any help please?
Hi I had my op on 12th August and have been back at the gym since week 3 slowly getting back to my normal routine however Ive tried swimming again today and its like a band snaps across my chest and is so scary to feel. Even tho Ive been doing some weights (only 1kg) using my chest muscles for the past month that dont bother me. Any help please, anyone who has had unders and like me loves swimming Thanks x

Hi manda,
I have unders and found I couldn't swim without pain until around 4 months po and only really comfy at around 6 months po. I did have an uplift as well though hun. I think because they are under the muscle it is all very tight and needs time to let go of the implant.
I don't know about the snapping feeling though hun, maybe you should ask your ps about that. Good luck x
