Should I get a different sports bra? Empty Should I get a different sports bra?

Sorry,I'm so clueless. I'm not sure how snug sports bras are supposed to be.

I'm only 2 days post op with 325HPs. My usual under-bust is 28.5,currently it's almost 30. Overbust at the moment is 36 inches. I'm wearing a 34D sports bra now,but it feels tight tight tight! The band is leaving red marks and feels quite restrictive, but not too bad,it's easier than it was yesterday anyway!

The cup is pretty snug too, other than near the midline where it's not filled because of the swelling which seems to have pulled them towards the centre. I'm not spilling out or anything,it just feels tight generally.

Is it better to have it slightly too tight,or a bit roomy? And what size should I go for? I'm skint too,so it'll have to be a cheapy Asda one...

Any advice would be appreciated!

should be a snug fit around the band hun, i had this problem to begin with, try going up a cup size, if the band is a bit loose it will cause friction and make you go red. I was wearing a 36DD, it was really uncomfortable, went to a 34E and its perfect. Go and try a few on xxx

My 34D got too tight suddenly around the band last night whilst sitting watching tv, I could feel it happening, the cups had gone a bit tighter too, the bruising had started to come out and side boob was more tender and puffy. When I measured just under the bra I had gone up 1 and a half inches. Went to Matalan who are doing sports bras for £4 and got 2 new bras at 36D first thing this morning, this made it a more comfortable band for me and the cups were still snug but not too tight. Hope this helps. XXX

I asked the same question almost yesterday hon - called it "fluffing/dropping - mean I need a new sports bra?" - some of the nice ladies on here answered me so you might want to have a little look?

I also followed up with what I found today after my shoppin trip - am not very helpful tho it has to be said! Should I get a different sports bra? 199385
