Hi ladies. Just put up some pics of my incisions under my arms. The right side has the mondors cord. All-in-all they are healing well. I'm not able to shave yet, so excuse the hair growing out. Yuk, I know.

It only hurst when I put touch it too much or when I stretch my arm, other than that, I don't know about it. It will take about 1 - 2 months to go away. Just a bit of inflamation, I'm using some hot compressions and voltaren ointment to ease the inflamation, also lie in a hot bath every night.

you poor hon. Im sure you could do without it! Im glad they didnt warn me of that complication pre op - it might have put me off, I really dont know why!

I wonder if its more common with armpit incisions?
I may be a bit daft here but would cold not help it go down faster rather than hot packs?

Hi Ladies, all is going really well thanks. I'm starting to accept the size now and the modors cord is no longer hurting. The incisions are healing well, the right side is still a little tender when my clothing is rubbing on it, but I'm sure it'll pass within the next few days. I'm really happy and starting to enjoy my boobies.

Thanks ladies. I prefered the underarm incisions as this will leave no scars on my breasts, plus I was able to fully submerge my incisions into water without any plaster on. I'm really happy with my choice and I'm starting to like the size I am now, still have my days when I feel too small.
