Cool packs/compress things
Bonjour ladies!
I am trying to be very organised and prepare for my BA which is in 3 weeks (!!!) and I'm having trouble finding reusable freeze pack things in order to reduce the swelling. I have only so far been able to find super expensive ones or ones that you can only use once. I'm probably making this harder than it should be but would you dreamboats please reccomend places I could find these reasonably cheap?
Thankyou dollies xx

Re: Cool packs/compress things
Hi Hun,
I got mine on ebay from the physio room, 2 large ones for under a tenner. Fraction of the price than they are in their online shop too! They're freezable and microwavable so good deal all round i reckon
If you can't find them on ebay let me know and i'll check the name

Re: Cool packs/compress things
hey pussycat - I bought reusable first aid ice packs, but found that I preferred the feel of frozen peas. They really mould all over your breast and they refreeze fast. I just bought 2 bags and used them for weeks to ease swelling and discomfort!

Re: Cool packs/compress things
Hi Alexandra yeah I'll probably just end up doing that! Although I live with 2 greedy men and they'll just end up getting eaten! I might even try filling small hot water bottles and freezing them and see if that works! I doubt anyone will eat my hot water bottles!

Re: Cool packs/compress things
Haha! If I told them they were boobie peas they'd definitely eat them! I might use boobie sprouts! I'm probably safe with those! Yeah thanks Jayno, Sweetcorn is a good idea too! Do you need to wrap the bag in a towel or something?
