Re: Heat/cool packs
eBay has three for £10 which I think is silly price plus they wouldn't arrive in time :(

Re: Heat/cool packs
Hi Sophia, im not sure about where to buy them, but if worse came to worse and you couldn't find any then you can always use frozen peas or something with a towel wrapped round lol :)
Im sure other girls will be able to point you in the right direction though xx

Re: Heat/cool packs
Hi Sophia. I used a bag of frozen sweetcorn! Did the trick a treat, just as good. It really was a god send for my boobs and back. My back was really sore from sleeping propped up, despite the v-pillow - but i'd def recommend getting one

Re: Heat/cool packs
I have a 6ft long pregnancy pillow so it should do the trick for me :)

Re: Heat/cool packs
hi hun, I got mine off eBay for about four quid. It can be a hot or cold one and I use it for about half hour and put it back in the freezer for next time. It's also big enough to fit across both boobs xx

I got mine from wilkinsons, for about £1.20 each. They are big enough to sit across the top of both boobies x

Re: Heat/cool packs
It's the same as say a muscle tissue injury it's to help reduce swelling .
I'm still pre ba but I normally find with any thing I'm always more swollen with hand / Side I use more not sure if same for ba tho , maybe try some frozen peas I u don't have an ice pack to hand should help relieve it hopefully for u , I hope the discomfort eases up soon xx
