High/mid/low profile?? Empty High/mid/low profile??

Post by teddy73 6th October 2011, 9:49 am

Hey there, I'm having my BA on Wednesday. Have settled on 460cc'sovers but havent discussed profile with the doc. He never actually brought it up and I'm not sure what high profile, mid profile etc is! Can someone enlighten me? I'm presuming it's whether the implants are placed high up my chest or not?

Its the type of projection that it gives when standing to the side, it all really depends on your breast type really, i think?...im having 525's over with high profile. Ring them just before and ask.

THanks a mill for your replies - think I'll give them a ring, its the only thing left bugging me! At the moment both breasts kindof point off to the side (one going left, the other going right!!) I'm hoping that this surgery will fix this for me?

Jordon, we have the same doc - I'm going in next Wednesday as a day case. Cant wait, he seems lovely!!

Although I have two kids (13 & 7) and will have to try to be okay for them from the 3rd day after the op and back to work on the Monday. Spoke to the nurse at the pre-op and she seems to think I'll be fine High/mid/low profile?? 267328

I have moderate profiles. They look more like moderate plus though. I have a very nice projection and width! I'm so glad that my doctor did what she did! :)

oh teddy73 you are before me. I am a week after you. Our surgeon seems very good, I saw three and I thought he was the best.He never discussed high or lows with me either. I told him that I trust him to do a great job on the day. I have two boys 4 and 6. Going to tell them that i have a sore back as they would just laugh and tell everyone! Looking forward to reading your story, not long to go!

Profile basically relates to how far they stick out from your chest. So... when you look at a person "in profile" - side on - the higher the profile implant, the more is sticks out from the chest.

I just had 465cc High Profile overs, Teddy, starting from a 34B though. But if you want to take a look at my piccys to date, just send me a wee PM and I'll let you know my picturetrail details...

i've had high profile with THG they are brilliant. Best of luck hun. I didn't know about this at the consultation either, just rang my pcc to find out. Love my surgeon though and trust him, so let him decide what he thought would be best.

I'll be thinking of you, good luck!!!
