Hi girls,

Just out of intrest I was wondering which side you found more painful, the side of your dominant hand or the other?

I'm left handed and I'm finding that side pulls more and is causing me the most discomfort. My right arm doesn't feel too bad and has a wider range of movement. I rock climb and pole dance so my chest and arm muscles were pretty strong before the op. Im quite ambidextrous but my left arm is the stronger arm. I wonder whether this is why one side pulls more than the other? Xxx

I'm right handed and my right side hurt more too, although I had overs so I have no idea how it works! Maybe because we don't realise how much we use our dominant hand even when trying to rest it

Hey louise, I notice that you had a doughnut lift on one side - could that be why you're a bit more sensitive on that side? Also, I do notice that my dominant side is taking longer to settle down, probably because I had under the muscle as well and I use that muscle more.

It seems to be sore around the incision, in the muscles. I can't feel the doughnut lift, it's still all taped up but you could be right, he must of worked on that side for longer. I'm just intrested to see if it's the same for everyone else? The pain has been pretty mild. Xxx

My pain was literally just a soreness and tightness but like I said, the rightie and leftie are healing at different rates and look a bit different. But who cares since I have Does the dominant side hurt more? 156694
