the tighter your chest muscles, the more uncomfortable unders will be.

i had partials and even now, the surgeon says they still havent fully dropped so im avoiding anything that means the muscles will contract!! xx

Good to know.. I go to the gym now and was wondering if I should cut chest exercises from my routine.

I'd def say cut out chest exercises, the tighter the chest muscles, the more aggressive the PS has to be to get under them.

For overs, not sure this matters.

Thanks Ali... Looks like unders are a strong possibility so I'm going to axe the chest exercises now! Do you know whether or not I can continue them afterwards??

I was told 4-6 weeks until "strenuous exercise" again - so to me, this means running, etc. But I'm planning to give it 3 months or so until I do any lifting, just to give them time to settle in. I never really did too much lifting before though, so I won't miss it haha!
