Hello



I have my op on friday and have started taken arnica 6c 2 x once daily.



Should i be taking more than this??



What else should I do to prepare fro friday??

Hi Claire,

Check with your surgeon - mine had me take Bromelain also 3 days pre-op, it's also an herbal remedy for swelling and inflammation after surgery - but deffo check w your PS before taking anything!

My PC said surgeon said to take it a week before and after but didnt say the dosage lol!

oh LOL - my dosage was 3 tablets under the tongue 3x per day

but check the bottle maybe?

Thank you, I looked at the bottle but indicates what to take once your bruised so wasnt sure what to take pre op...
