Whats better Unders or Overs?
Hi im just wondering what is better Unders or Overs?
I know a lot of people have overs, whats this difference with Unders?
Im just researching at the moment and wondered what everyone thought and what is the most successful as in no complications?
Thanks :)

Re: Whats better Unders or Overs?
It depends on what your surgeon thinks and how much skin you have.if you are of a slender build unders are best and if you have more loose skin overs are better. But like I said depends on surgeon and what sort of look you want. I am having overs as go up and down with my weight all the time and I have skin to fill out x x

Re: Whats better Unders or Overs?
They are both good. Unfortunately they both have complications. A surgeon will be the best person to assess which placement will be best for you. If you have enough tissue for overs these will be best for you. If you don't have enough tissue then unders (partially under the muscle) will cover the implant and give the best result for you. You only need about a 2cm pinch of skin (doesn't have to be loose) to have overs. If you have any sagging you may need a lift as well.

Have a look here lovely, a lot of questions you're bound to ask are already here and it should make it much clearer: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
