Whats the diff between partials and unders? Empty Whats the diff between partials and unders?

Hi

I'm a little confused. I thought that all unders were really only partials because the muscle isn't big enough to cover the whole imlplant? can anyone shed any light please?

Yes you are correct, unders are actually partials, full unders are usually only used in reconstructive surgery and parts of other chest muscles are used.
