this year i have been trying to decide should i go for a ba or not, basically im a very flat 32b, i usually am in the so fem website, but would really appreciate your opinions, basically ive only seen one dr mr rezai simply because of his work and the reviews ive heard, he has advised that i would have to have unders 295cc, which im happy with but recently ive heard many reviews of women having probs with their left boob dropping snd having to have surgery again ;(, basically i would like your reviews and im also thinking of looking into Dr rozina ali
i would really appreciate your views plz

The thing is when you come on any forum you find that you will come across many pre BA, very early post BA and those with complications. Dont get me wrong there are also those that are happy and have no complications at all, but these are usually very few. So you will usually find that there are a high proportion of people that have problems, giving the impretion that complications are common, when in fact those people that are happy no longer need support, so are not on forums like this. Yes there are risks with surgery and I can't say that this wouldn't happen to you, however many problems like this although can't be avoided they can be rectified.
I can't advise you on the surgeon, but can suggest you see a few surgeons, just to compare what they suggest for you. Taking pictures with you of boobs you like will also show the surgeon exactly the look you are hoping for post op.
