please tell me i havent damaged my new boobs
noooooooooooooooo..... i went out last night on a hen party. I had a few drinks but not too many. Anyway i was dancing and drinkng with the girls and got home around 2am ish..
This morning my right boob is in agony!!! it feels so so tender and sore. when i move my right arm it feels like ive pulled a muscle or something i wore my heavy impact sports bra out and wasnt full on raving when i was dancing but im really worried i may have damaged them now.
They are soft and move around ok, its just my right one is very tender. I bought 600mg ibropufen earlier and have massaged them alot today. I fell asleep and turned over on my front at one point in the night too
What you guys think? they will be alright wont they? no more nights out for me until im fully healed then xxxx

lol that's why they say no exercise for 6 weeks. I'm sure you'll be fine, just pulled a muscle. Just take it extra easy now.

I did a hen night on the 2nd weekend! I did exactly the same as you, drink and all...It hurt but it was worth it, if not 4 teaching me a lesson, 4 getting me 2 quit booze, best thing I have ever done
Don't massage it will make you swell, just sit elevated, drink a TONNE of water to wash out the drink and eat lots..Sending a huge hug xx

Phew thanks girls. I was seriously panicking thinking I may have damaged them
I won't be out throwing some moves on the dancefloor for a good when then! Lol. They are easing off a bit now but still tender. Jez I'm awfully protective over these boobies ha x
